Understanding How We’ll Work Together
Cancellation Policy – No Stress, Just Respect
Life happens, I totally get it! That’s why I have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place. Before this, I was getting a lot of no-shows, which not only meant I lost income, but also meant someone else missed a chance to drive. So here’s the deal:
Your first late cancellation? Totally on me, no worries!
After that, if you cancel within 48 hours (unless we’ve already agreed something else), I’ll need to charge for the slot. That said—always reach out! If I can fill your spot (and I usually can), you won’t be charged at all. Win-win!​​
Payment – Let’s Get Sorted Before the Drive
Lessons need to be paid for in advance to secure your slot. It keeps everything simple and fair for both of us—and helps me stay organized. If there’s ever an issue, just drop me a message and we’ll work something out. I’m flexible, just keep me in the loop!
What to Wear – Cute and Practical
Make sure you wear comfy shoes like trainers—not flip-flops, sliders, or heels. And just think about anything that might block your view or affect your control (like hats or baggy sleeves). We want you safe and stylish, right?
Let’s Keep It Fresh
We’re sharing a pretty small space, so please jump in clean and ready to go! I know gym sessions and long workdays happen, but let’s keep the vibes (and smells) nice for both of us.
Be Road-Ready – You Got This!
You’ve got a responsibility to yourself, me, and everyone on the road to be alert and safe. So please make sure you’re well-rested, and not under the influence of anything dodgy (alcohol, drugs, or even a bad cold).

If you’re not feeling 100%, no judgment—but I might have to say no to driving. We can use the time for some theory, I can demo a drive for you, or we can wrap it up early. Just know that if you're not good to go, it still counts as a late cancellation under the 48-hour rule.
Driving Tests – Let’s Make Sure You’re Ready
If you want to use my car for your practical test, I’ll need to feel confident that you’re 100% ready. We’ll have that chat when the time is right—and I’ll support you all the way there!
Refunds – No Awkwardness
If you’ve paid in advance and need to pause or stop lessons, I’m happy to refund any unused sessions. Just keep me updated so we can sort it quickly and fairly!
